About the Role The CRNA practices independently according to his/her expertise, Oregon State statutes/regulations and the health district’s policies. This includes administering anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in accordance with Medical Staff bylaws.
What You'll Do
- Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in accordance with Medical Staff bylaws.
- Practice independently within the scope of expertise and Oregon State statutes/regulations.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location and comply with health district policies.
- Ensure patient safety using standard precautions and effective communication with patients and the care team.
What We're Looking For
- Certification as a CRNA and eligibility/privilege to join Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership.
- Ability to meet Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privileges criteria.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch; adequate hearing and visual acuity (including color vision); fine motor skills and eye–hand coordination.
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected patient care needs; use of proper body mechanics.
- Familiarity with Oregon State statutes/regulations and health district policies.
