Job Description
- Build, launch and maintain lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push and WhatsApp
- Keep segmentation, list health, deliverability and consent in good order
- Produce cohort and repeat purchase reporting, and say what it shows
- Run tests on timing, offer and journey logic, and write up what each one found
- Track channel cost and contribution so we know what each journey is worth
- Deliver the lifecycle calendar alongside onsite merchandising and creative
- Keep the automation platform configured, documented and working
Qualifications

2 to 4 years in CRM, lifecycle, email or retention marketing

Hands-on in a marketing automation platform — you configure it yourself rather than brief someone else

Comfortable with cohorts, repeat purchase rate and segmentation logic in a spreadsheet

A test you ran, what it found, and what changed as a result

Genuine care about deliverability and data hygiene
