Job title: CRM Product Support Specialist

About the Role The CRM Product Support Specialist is a field-based role within Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management division. You will provide engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff to help optimize CRM products.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
  • Demonstrate ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise.
  • Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on CRM products.
  • Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and other programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
  • Provide additional back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience; a minimum of 2+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program; ability to obtain CRM product certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
  • Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems; ability to apply engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities; ability to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and able to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve goals; capable of managing multiple assignments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software to develop presentation materials.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay: $61,300.00 – $122,700.00 per year.
