CRM Product Support Specialist

About the Role Abbott seeks a CRM Product Support Specialist based in Missoula, MT, field-based in Cardiac Rhythm Management. The role provides comprehensive engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for CRM products and acts as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business.

What You'll Do

• Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product expertise
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on CRM products
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and programs for healthcare professionals
• Provide sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting and new product in-service training
• Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists
• Continuously develop engineering, sales and technical skills related to Arrhythmia Management strategy

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience; 4+ years of related experience or accredited cardiac training program
• CRM product certifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology or cardiac electrophysiology procedures
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocols; advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems
• Ability to interpret and solve complex clinical problems using engineering skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities; ability to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented; able to work independently and collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers; capable of managing multiple assignments
• Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office for creating presentations and materials

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $78,000 – $156,000 per year
