CRM Marketing Executive
Location: Delhi ( Panchsheel Park)
Key Responsibilities
-
Plan and execute CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Push Notifications
-
Create and manage audience segmentation based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement
-
Set up automated customer journeys (welcome flows, abandoned cart, reactivation, etc.)

Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives and copy
-
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.)
-
Maintain CRM hygiene, including data accuracy and list management
-
Work closely with performance marketing and product teams to align CRM strategies with business goals
-
Ensure compliance with platform policies (e.g., Meta WhatsApp guidelines)
Requirements
-
1–2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing
-
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
-
Good understanding of customer segmentation and campaign targeting
-
knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting
-
Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing and email marketing best practices

Strong attention to detail and execution skills
