Job title: CRM Integrations Specialist
About the Role Jump is expanding its integrations capability to connect Jump with the CRM, planning, conferencing, and calendar tools used by advisory firms. In this role, you’ll build, maintain, and optimize connectors to platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Redtail, Wealthbox, Wealth.com, eMoney, and more, helping clients automate data sync and deliver great client experiences with less effort.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain CRM connectors to Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Redtail, Wealthbox, eMoney, Wealth.com, and other listed platforms.
- Enable automatic syncing of meeting notes, tasks, client updates, and financial planning data to keep CRMs accurate without manual data entry.
- Implement notetaker and recording integrations across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, GoTo Meeting, Intulse, Exchange, and other meeting platforms to enable automatic note capture and transcripts.
- Pull planning context (estate planning with Wealth.com; financial planning data from eMoney) into Jump for richer pre‑meeting prep and push updates back to CRMs.
- Support pre‑meeting prep with context from connected apps and ensure timely updates to CRM fields, tasks, and opportunities.
- Ensure data mapping, field updates, and task creation occur after conversations; track client interactions and financial relationships.
- Collaborate with Product, Success, and Engineering to improve reliability, documentation, and user experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and maintaining integrations across CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Redtail, Wealthbox) and advisor-focused tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, data quality, data mapping, and data synchronization.
- Proficiency with APIs, REST, webhooks, authentication (OAuth 2.0), and building scalable connectors.
- Ability to translate customer needs into robust automation and multi-app workflows.
- Familiarity with meeting notetaker technologies and calendar integrations; comfort working in the financial services/wealth management domain is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI features such as AI-generated summaries, draft content, or smart recommendations.
- Knowledge of Wealth.com, eMoney, estate-planning platforms, and related data contexts.
- Experience with content generation integrations (e.g., LinkedIn content generation) and cross-app data flows.
