The Crown Is Yours

As a CRM Associate, you'll help bring customer communications to life across our offerings. You'll build and launch email, push, and in-app campaigns, working with your manager and senior teammates to make sure every communication is accurate, timely, and aligned with our standards. Along the way, you'll develop your campaign execution expertise, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and find new ways to make our processes more efficient. Your attention to detail will help us consistently deliver high-quality customer experiences at scale.

What You'll Do

• Execute customer communications from build through launch across our offerings, including campaign setup, quality assurance, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

• Build email, push, and in-app communications to specification, following marketing standards, brand guidelines, and channel best practices.

• Contribute ideas that strengthen campaign execution and adopt team best practices, including using artificial intelligence-powered tools where appropriate to improve efficiency.

• Review your work closely to identify issues before launch and help deliver consistently accurate, high-quality customer communications.

• Interpret campaign data to validate builds and identify opportunities to improve campaign execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop messaging, manage workflows, and deliver campaigns on time across multiple priorities.

• What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign production, customer relationship management, or a related field, preferably within e-commerce, technology, or gaming.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within challenging timelines.

• A basic understanding of HTML and how it supports digital communications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners.

• A proactive and adaptable approach to your work, with the ability to learn quickly and contribute in a fast-paced, changing environment.
