About the Role As a Critical Environment Technician (CET) in Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team, you will maintain the critical infrastructure that keeps our datacenters up and running. This role emphasizes on-site operations, safety, and collaboration with vendors to ensure a reliable environment. What You'll Do
- Maintain and monitor critical datacenter infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to support datacenter operations and maintenance.
- Enforce safety and hazard recognition to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform on-site tasks in Auckland, New Zealand, with travel of less than 25%.
- Support incident response, routine maintenance, and deployment activities as part of CO+I. What We're Looking For
