About the Role
United Nigeria Airlines is seeking a Crew Scheduler to prepare and manage flight crew rosters, ensure adequate crew coverage and maintain compliance with aviation duty, rest and Flight Time Limitation (FTL) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update and maintain flight crew rosters in line with approved flight schedules.
- Monitor crew availability, qualifications and licence validity.
- Ensure crew assignments comply with FTL, duty period and rest requirements.
- Coordinate crew replacements, roster adjustments and operational changes.
- Liaise with Crew Control, the Operations Control Centre and relevant departments.
Requirements

HND or Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.

Experience in crew scheduling, airline operations or a related aviation role is an advantage.

Proficiency in computer applications and crew scheduling systems.

Strong organisational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work shifts, manage time-sensitive tasks and respond to operational changes.
