About the Role Chipotle is hiring Crew Members to join our restaurants. You'll learn hands-on the craft of real-food cooking and customer service in a fast-paced, supportive environment. We provide extensive training and a clear pathway for career growth, with many managers starting as Crew. What You'll Do
- Provide fast, friendly service to guests and support your team in a busy Chipotle kitchen.
- Work at multiple stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo) and learn real-food cooking by hand.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow food safety standards.
- Help prepare and assemble meals, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional guest experience.
- Be available for both full- and part-time opportunities; be at least 16 years old. What We're Looking For
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and passion for serving others.
- Desire to learn how to cook (a lot) and develop new skills.
- Ability to communicate well and work effectively in a team.
- Be at least 16 years old; comfortable communicating in the work location's primary language(s).
- No previous experience required; all levels of experience considered. Nice to Have
- Eagerness to learn cooking techniques and grow within the company.
- Prior customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits
