About the Role Our Crew Members create a warm and friendly shopping experience in our stores. We answer questions, offer suggestions, and ensure customers feel welcomed and cared for. You’ll help make grocery shopping an exciting adventure and contribute to a WOW customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Work on teams to accomplish goals
- Operate the cash register in a fun and efficient manner
- Bag groceries with care
- Stock shelves
- Create signage to inform and delight customers
- Help customers find their favorite products
- Learn and contribute across store tasks; you’re not stuck doing one task
- Be flexible to support evenings and weekends as needed
What We're Looking For
- Provide friendly customer service
- Operate the cash register
- Bag and stock merchandise
- Create signage
- Work evenings/weekends
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
- If you have experience in art (penmanship, chalk, signage), that’s a plus
- Passion for people and food
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in art including penmanship, working with chalk, and large signage; a plus but not required
