About the Role Jimmy John’s Crew Members are part of a fast-paced team responsible for delivering awesome sandwiches to customers quickly and maintaining a clean, safe dining area. This role focuses on fast, accurate sandwich preparation, order taking, and high‑volume service in a friendly environment. What You'll Do
- Make fast, accurate sandwiches and complete prep tasks as needed
- Take orders in person and over the phone; operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
- Assist in prepping products and complete other tasks inside the restaurant
- Support in handling deliveries and guest service during high-volume lunch periods What We're Looking For
- Ability to provide fast, accurate sandwich preparation and order accuracy
- Experience taking orders and handling cash/register operations
- Strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and working in a high-volume lunch environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced restaurant Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $16-$22 per hour
