About the Role Join our Jimmy John’s crew as a team member responsible for fast, accurate sandwich preparation, order taking, and customer service. This role supports a high-energy, fast-paced environment and a locally owned franchise with multiple locations. What You'll Do
- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, take orders, and operate the cash register.
- Prepare sandwiches quickly and accurately and assist in prep and delivery as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines; help with small wares and store upkeep.
- Work daytime/high-volume lunch shifts and contribute to a team-focused environment. What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to memorize the menu.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shift.
- Comfortable handling cash and following cash handling policies.
- Daytime availability for high-volume lunch periods; ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player who fosters a positive store atmosphere. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $10-$11 per hour (USD).
