About the Role We are seeking Crew Members to join the Dunkin' team in Columbus, IN. You will deliver friendly guest experiences, prepare products to brand standards, and handle transactions in a fast-paced, clean environment. You’ll work as part of a team to meet Guests' needs and provide a reason to return. What You'll Do
- Work in a team environment, interact respectfully, and respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Communicate effectively with team members and be able to learn and execute multiple tasks
- Provide great guest service and resolve guest issues
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems; ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Maintain a clean, neat work area; operate restaurant equipment as needed
- Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
- Prepare and deliver products according to brand standards; support marketing initiatives when applicable
- Demonstrate flexibility with schedule as needed What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills
- Able to count money and make change
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment; comply with minimum age requirements where applicable
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits
