About the Role We are seeking Crew Members for our Dairy Queen Grill & Chill corporate restaurant in Edina, MN. You will be an ambassador for the Dairy Queen brand, delivering fan-first service and helping maintain a positive, clean, and inviting environment for guests and team members.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome fans; assist with menu navigation and product ingredient questions
- Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver timely, high-quality service
- Calmly resolve fan concerns following Dairy Queen’s service recovery standards
- Work as a cooperative team member with management and fellow staff
- Prepare treat products following restaurant, health, and safety standards
- Maintain a positive, safe, clean environment; practice proper food handling and meet local regulations
- Communicate positively with fans and coworkers during shifts
- Work well under pressure and remain optimistic; stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrate good hygiene, promptness, and purpose every shift
- Perform any other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour (hourly, non-exempt)
