About the Role Chipotle is looking for Crew Members to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on delivering great customer service while learning how to make real food by hand in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to work confidently across stations: grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo. We value a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for helping others. There are opportunities for both full- and part-time roles, with a track record of promoting from within. What You'll Do
- Provide friendly customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Work across multiple stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo) and learn cooking skills
- Prepare real food by hand and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Follow Chipotle policies and support teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Handle transactions and assist with dining room operations as needed What We're Looking For
