About the Role Chipotle is seeking Crew Members to help deliver real, made-by-hand food and exceptional service in our restaurants. You’ll be trained to work across grills, cashiers, prep, salsa, and expo stations, with opportunities for advancement as you grow with the team. What You'll Do
- Work at multiple stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, expo).
- Prepare real food by hand and maintain high kitchen standards (no freezers, microwaves, or can openers).
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take part in on-the-job training and develop skills to progress into leadership roles. What We're Looking For

- Desire to learn how to cook
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
