About the Role Chipotle is seeking Crew Members to work at multiple stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, expo). You’ll receive training to feel confident across roles and contribute to real-food preparation in a fast-paced environment, with a friendly atmosphere. What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and help create a welcoming dining room
- Learn and work across stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo)
- Assist in preparing real-food by hand and follow Chipotle standards
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency during service
- Participate in training and opportunities for advancement What We're Looking For
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Desire to learn how to cook (a lot)
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Passion for helping others and working as part of a team Nice to Have
- No experience required; open to all skill levels Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour (eligible for digital tips)
