About the Role The Creditors Clerk will manage supplier payments and the purchase ledger for CFAO Mobility's South Africa operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing of invoices to support the organisation's mobility solutions.
What You'll Do
- Vetting of supplier information (Compliance requirements are adhered to).
- Supplier queries are resolved timeously.
- Purchase Ledger figures are accurate.
- Payment deadlines are adhered to.
- GIS is cleared monthly.
- Expense invoices are processed in month of occurrence or provisions have been made.
- Aged Analysis is reviewed weekly.
- VAT transactions checked & verified.
What We're Looking For
- Matric/Grade 12 education.
- Computer literacy (Advanced Excel).
- Minimum of 5 years Creditor/Debtor experience, preferably in the Motor industry.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Motor industry (preferred).
