About the Role Uline is seeking a Credit Team Lead for its Milton, Ontario location to oversee the credit function and help manage customer credit risk. This role focuses on leading a team responsible for credit decisions, risk assessment, and support for sales and operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the credit team, ensuring accurate and timely credit decisions
- Manage credit risk, assess customer creditworthiness, and approve or decline terms in collaboration with stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize credit processes and customer experience

- Experience in credit management, finance, or related field
- Proven leadership and team-management abilities
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
Compensation & Benefits
