Responsibilities
- Market loan products and generate leads
- Acquire and engage traders, SMEs and business owners
- Conduct field visits and explain loan products and repayment terms
- Collect and review customer documents
- Support verification and pre-disbursement processes
- Follow up applications through approval and disbursement
- Meet sales and disbursement targets
- Maintain records and submit activity reports
- Collaborate with Credit, Operations and Recovery teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Must have completed NYSC
- Sales, business development, financial services, microfinance or lending experience is an advantage
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and conduct field activities
- Target-driven with strong follow-up and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business applications
- High integrity, accountability and attention to detail
