Credit Underwriting: Responsible for a team in charge of performing comprehensive credit analysis and decision-making for both Retail and Corporate applicants, ensuring alignment with the company’s risk appetite.

IFRS 9 Stage Management: Oversee the Credit Reclassification process, ensuring assets are accurately categorized into Stages according to international accounting standards and Default Definition.

Regulatory Reporting: Oversight the preparation of reports regarding asset quality, stage migration, and "Non-Performing Exposure" (NPE) ratios for regulatory authorities.

Reporting: delivering regular reports to the top management on risk exposure and the adequacy of the bad debt reserve.

Portfolio Monitoring: Analyze consumer credit trends and performance indicators to identify early warning signs of credit deterioration.

Policy Development: Contribute to the refinement of credit policies and scoring models to optimize the balance between growth and risk.

Proven Experience: Several years of experience s in Credit Risk with specific expertise in IFRS 9 impairment frameworks.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Credit Risk triggers and the qualitative/quantitative criteria for credit reclassification.

Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with EBA (European Banking Authority) guidelines on management of non-performing and forborne exposures.

Analytical Background: Ability to interpret PD (Probability of Default), LGD (Loss Given Default), and EAD (Exposure at Default) models across different credit stages.

Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
