About the role
We are looking for a Credit Control Team Leader to lead a small team and support the continued success of our Credit Control function. The team is responsible for all aspects of credit control across the UK sales channel and our international distribution network, playing a vital role in maintaining strong cash flow and customer relationships. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team, overseeing workloads, coaching and development, and ensuring the effective delivery of credit control activities. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will remain involved in credit collection and account management activities, helping to drive performance and resolve complex issues.
