What You'll Be Doing:

• Strategic collection of invoices for our Key Accounts and Local Chain Partners
• Implement scalable solutions and payment behavior with Local Chains and Key Accounts
• Analyze portfolios on regional level, national level and on local/property level for Local Chains and Key Accounts
• Support Booking.com in securing relationships and optimizing its partnerships with Key Accounts and Local Chains
• Cross functional communication and collaboration
• Train, consult, monitor, support internal and external stakeholders in handling the Key Accounts, Groups, and Local Chains
• Assist with the improvement of cycle times like DSO, Cash allocation and Delivery of invoices
• Drive progress through simple and targeted action plans. Implement short term loops of progress ( tackle the issues one by one at a high pace)
• Create Best Practice and share with Peers
• Be a business partner with Partner Services team
• Create an out of the box mind set to support Booking.com with improving key accounts and local chains payment behavior
• Liaise with peers across the business to create successful roll outs
• Have a good understanding of the business priorities, strong communication skills and, above all, the capacity to implement projects and reach the preset objectives

• Good knowledge PC software applications
• Ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions and strategy.
• Understanding of business practices and systems.
• Facilitate and practice security and confidentiality of information
• Ability to multi-task & flexible attitude
• Strategic/longer term contribution
• Ability to travel (up to 25%) is required as part of the role
