About the Role Randstad seeks a Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This temporary role focuses on proactive problem-solving, analytical thinking, and excellent communication to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and support customer experience. What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor account activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues affecting collections and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide proactive solutions to escalate when needed. What We're Looking For
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical thinking.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
- Experience in customer accounts management or related finance operations preferred. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
