Job title: Credit and Collection Analyst
Milwaukee Tool seeks a Credit and Collection Analyst to manage receivables, monitor legal cases, and ensure accurate accounting of billing, credit notes, and receipts within the credit and collections area.
What You'll Do
- Design and apply strategies for portfolio recovery, and verify and negotiate with escalated clients.
- Reconcile accounting accounts for month-end close in the ARCs system.
- Review delinquent/detained clients in the GTM system.
- Monitor legal cases and out-of-court settlement agreements.
- Calculate provisions and their respective cancellation.
- Generate manual invoices for other income concepts.
- Ensure the proper functioning of invoicing stamping and payment addenda in accordance with current legislation.
- Review and analyze clients' financial statements to assign or increase credit lines.
