Key Responsibilities
- Assess creditworthiness using bank statements, cash flow, collateral and repayment capacity.
- Monitor portfolio health and identify early warning signals.
- Review credit limit increases and account reactivations.
- Support the development of the company’s credit-scoring engine.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in credit analysis, SME/retail lending or microfinance.
- Strong bank statement and cash flow analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse large transaction datasets.
- Strong credit judgment and ability to clearly communicate risk decisions.
