6+ years in operations, governance, product operations, strategy operations, research operations or related functions. Experience managing cross-functional workflows, forums or executive operating rhythms. Proven ability to support globally distributed teams, anticipating stakeholder needs and keeping work moving across time zones with clear communication and strong follow-through. Strong judgment in ambiguous, sensitive or fast-moving environments. Excellent written communication, synthesis and executive-level briefing skills. Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams. Highly organized, analytical and accountable, with practical risk, dependency and action tracking experience. Preferred Experience:
Experience in platforms, gaming, media, publishing, partner operations, product operations or insight operations. Familiarity with partner feedback loops, voice-of-customer processes, research follow-through or planning cadences. Experience maintaining registers, decision records, trackers, dashboards or governance documentation. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
