- Salary: ₦300,000 monthly
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, post and manage engaging content across social media platforms and adapt strategies based on performance
- Own lead generation and sales activities, including prospecting, calls, follow-ups, sales funnels and achieving revenue targets
- Execute digital marketing initiatives including paid ads, email marketing, influencer campaigns, graphics, collaborations and partnerships
- Manage PR, communications, events and external stakeholder relationships
- Support people management, training, performance monitoring, culture and business systems
- Drive execution of business priorities, follow up on outstanding tasks and provide accountability support to the business owner
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, sales, business development or a related role
- Strong content creation, social media, sales and lead-generation skills
- Experience with digital advertising, email marketing, partnerships and basic graphic design
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-management skills
- Highly proactive, target-driven, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership
