About this role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Marketing Campaign Manager based in the United States.

In this role, you will support creative product marketing initiatives for a leading organization in the digital payments and financial services industry. You will help campaigns move seamlessly from initial planning and intake through execution, coordinating workflows, creative assets, project timelines, and stakeholder approvals. Working across marketing, creative, legal, and compliance teams, you will ensure deliverables meet business objectives, deadlines, and regulatory requirements. You will also take ownership of smaller tactical marketing projects, driving updates and improvements from start to finish. This remote consulting opportunity is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in complex environments, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and builds strong cross-functional relationships.

Accountabilities

Manage marketing operations workflows, including manual uploads, creative asset updates, tagging, disclosures, routing, and content administration across marketing platforms and content management systems.

Coordinate day-to-day marketing execution activities to ensure assets and campaigns progress efficiently through the required workflows.

Maintain accurate, accessible, and audit-ready project documentation, asset repositories, approval records, and supporting materials for regulatory review.

Support asset trafficking, launch readiness, workflow coordination, and the implementation of approved creative changes.

Maintain project trackers, timelines, status reports, and operational documentation to provide visibility into progress and outstanding actions.

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, tracking deliverables, dependencies, deadlines, and potential risks while proactively resolving issues.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, agency partners, and business partners to align expectations and keep initiatives moving forward.

Independently manage smaller tactical marketing projects from initial intake through completion, including content updates, asset revisions, and approved changes.

Facilitate stakeholder communications, project updates, meeting follow-ups, and status reporting to support effective collaboration.

Partner with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to coordinate marketing reviews and approval processes.

Apply approved disclosures, compliance language, and formatting requirements to marketing materials, ensuring feedback is implemented accurately.

Prepare and coordinate documentation for approval workflows, including AdTrax submissions and related supporting materials.

Requirements:

Experience in marketing operations, creative operations, project management, account management, or marketing production.

Experience collaborating with creative teams, marketing departments, agencies, or other cross-functional partners.

Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, credit card marketing, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with compliance review procedures, regulated marketing disclosures, and collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.

Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups and complex approval workflows.

Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, work effectively with evolving processes, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and keep projects moving forward.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.

Excellent communication, project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with marketing workflow, content management, and approval platforms such as Knak, Aprimo, AdTrax, or similar tools is a strong advantage.

Ability to work remotely within the United States and meet the requirements of an approximately eight-month consulting engagement.

Must be eligible to work on the partner company’s W-2 without sponsorship.

Benefits:

Hourly pay: $55–$60 per hour, depending on relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, location, and other individual factors.

Approximately eight-month consulting engagement, with the possibility of extension.

Remote work within the United States.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

401(k) retirement plan.

Paid time off (PTO).

Life insurance and disability coverage.

Pretax commuter benefits and spending accounts.

Supportive team environment and opportunities to collaborate with experienced marketing and creative professionals.

Commitment to workplace diversity, equality, and inclusion.
