About the Role We are looking for a data-driven, high-agency Creative Lead/Strategist to run our performance ad engine onsite in Barcelona. Leading a team of Video Editors, Designers, and AI Artists, you will direct creative strategy for a 7-figure annual ad spend where asset velocity is our primary lever for growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead a high-output creative team of video editors, designers, and AI artists.
- Write creative briefs, scripts, and direct the video editing process.
- Build a fast system to ship dozens of ad variations weekly – scaling winners and killing losers fast.
- Integrate generative AI tools into the production workflow to speed up testing.
- Own creative data – tracking which ads drive qualified leads and deals to optimize the pipeline alongside performance marketers.
- Track social trends and partner with local teams to adapt and localize winning formats.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in creative direction or multimedia production with a conversion-first mindset.
- Experience leading creative teams to ship dozens of ad variations weekly for 7-figure annual ad spend accounts.
- Analytically sharp – you read dashboards, spot patterns, and turn data into hypotheses independently.
- Skilled at writing briefs and scripts, while effectively directing the video editing process.
- Active trend-watcher – constantly analyzing the social landscape (ads, organic content, creators) to spot winning formats early.
- Hands-on with generative AI tools and workflows.
- Fluent in English
