Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on creative leader to turn ideas into reality. The Creative Lead is responsible for the execution and quality of all visual and written output. You will lead a team of designers and copywriters, guiding them from concept to completion. Whether it’s a photoshoot, a video production, or a digital ad, you ensure the final product is beautiful, functional, and on-brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Set the visual and tonal direction for all projects. Art-direct photoshoots, video shoots, and design projects.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives (designers, copywriters, editors). Conduct regular reviews and foster professional growth.
- Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts that ladder up to the brand and content strategy.
- Quality Assurance: Review all creative assets before they go live. Ensure pixel-perfect execution, adherence to brand guidelines.
