Creative Designer (Full-time)
We are hiring a Creative Designer to join a hybrid team in Lagos responsible for producing both graphic design and motion graphics work across projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating both disciplines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and experience using AI creative tools in production.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, branding, and user-focused design.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology environments is an advantage.
- Skills in 3D design, illustration, or web animation are an advantage.
