Job Summary
Are you a creative mixologist who loves pushing boundaries and crafting extraordinary cocktails? We’re seeking a talented Craft Cocktail & Beverage Development Specialist to help create a distinctive luxury beverage experience through imaginative, beautifully balanced cocktails and sophisticated mocktails.
This is a unique opportunity to bring whimsical, outside-the-box ideas to life in a luxurious, escape-inspired setting.
This is not a traditional bar management role—and there are no late nights! The focus is on creativity, beverage development, vendor partnerships, and profitability.
What You’ll Do

Create original, memorable cocktails and mocktails that elevate the guest experience.

Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and present new beverage concepts to ownership.

Apply strong knowledge of tequila, mezcal, agave spirits, and craft cocktail techniques.

Build vendor relationships and source premium spirits, specialty ingredients, and innovative products.

Manage recipe costing and beverage cost percentages while maintaining quality and creativity.

Develop standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
