ICON is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA I) to join our diverse and dynamic team in Tokyo on a hybrid office/remote arrangement. As a CRA I you will oversee and coordinate clinical trials, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to data collection and analysis, supporting patient safety and the advancement of innovative therapies. What You'll Do
- Coordinate all activities for setting up and monitoring a study, produce accurate study status reports, and maintain study documentation on site or remotely.
- Run sponsor-generated queries efficiently and participate in the preparation and review of study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals as required.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, clinical investigators, and site staff.
