Role Overview

As a CRA in Brazil, you will be at the forefront of clinical research innovation, managing multiple sites across LATAM. You will oversee site management and monitoring activities for neuro-focused studies, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you’ll enjoy a flexible work environment with the chance to grow your skills in a truly global organization. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of independent monitoring experience, ideally 4+ years, in Brazil
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical research regulations
• Proven site management, initiation, monitoring, and close-out experience
• Ability to effectively manage Investigator/site relationships and documentation
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); Portuguese proficiency is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working across multiple sites in LATAM
• Prior involvement in neuro-focused studies
• Familiarity with regulatory and ethics committee interactions
• Multilingual capabilities, especially for better regional communication

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in clinical site monitoring, particularly in Brazil
• Previous exposure to neuro research studies is advantageous

• Location: São Paulo, Brazil
• Flexibility for work-from-home when not on-site
• Willingness to travel
• Valid clinical research certifications are preferred but not mandatory
