Job title: CPU Memory Design Engineer
About the Role The CPU Circuit Technology team is seeking a highly motivated CPU Memory Design Engineer to design and develop memory technologies for Intel CPUs and SoCs. You will design, develop, and build full-custom and compiler-based memory elements, including SRAMs, Large Signal Arrays (custom multi-ported register file), ROMs, and caches, and work with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality memory technology.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and build full-custom and compiler-based SRAMs.
- Develop Large Signal Arrays, multi-ported register files, ROMs, custom memories, digital circuits, and caches for Intel CPUs and SoCs.
- Collaborate with domain experts across technology development to deliver high-quality memory technology.
What We're Looking For
- Experience designing memory elements for CPUs/SoCs, including full-custom and compiler-based SRAMs.
- Proficiency with SRAMs, memory arrays, ROMs, caches, and digital circuits.
- Strong collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional teams across technology development.
- Knowledge of memory architecture and semiconductor processes is a plus.
