Court Reporter Relations Assistant, Provider Operations - Post-Deposition

Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Court Reporter Relations Assistant to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the litigation support industry every single day. Who are you?
We're looking for an experienced court reporter relations or post-deposition operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You have strong organizational skills, can track multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously, and communicate clearly and daily with court reporters, clients, and internal teams (Calendar, CS/Sales, Billing, Production). You're proficient with Slack, Zendesk, Monday, and Notion, have a problem-solving mindset, and know when to escalate. Prior experience in legal services, court reporting, transcription, or operations is a plus.
