Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage courier and dispatch activities within the Alaba area to ensure timely deliveries.
- Receive, sort, and route packages for dispatch according to established schedules.
- Monitor delivery status and communicate deviations or issues to relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, pickups, and deliveries as required.
- Provide courteous and professional service to clients and colleagues, supporting smooth logistics operations.
Requirements
- Previous courier or dispatch experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to operate in Alaba, Lagos and work within a courier logistics environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to support efficient dispatch operations.
- Willingness to perform duties related to courier and delivery coordination as part of a dynamic team.
