About the Role This permanent, full-time CONUS-based role will be based in Melbourne, FL, with remote work allowed and periodic visits to customers and program support locations. The Country / Site Manager will lead aviation operations and program management for the INL/A Worldwide Aviation Support Services (WASS) program, coordinating fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and SUAS activities and serving as the primary on-site interface between INL/A and contractor teams. What You'll Do
- Serve as single point of contact for the Senior INL/A representative on site (typically the Senior Aviation Advisor or Aviation Operations Director) to initiate, conduct, coordinate, and communicate all operational plans.
