At Factorial, we’re looking for a Country Manager of Central-East Europe to lead the launch and growth of our presence in this exciting new market (option of being based in Barcelona or Warsaw!) You’ll be the first person on the ground, building and executing the go-to-market strategy from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Factorial in Czech Republic & Central-Eastern Europe countries (except Poland), defining the strategy, leading execution, and building the right foundations to scale.

About the role
As the Country Manager, you will:

Own the market entry strategy & execution: Design, implement, and adapt the global GTM plan to achieve sustainable growth locally.

Build the market from scratch: Identify, recruit, and activate partners (Partner-only GTM approach) while laying down the foundations for a scalable local presence.

Develop partnerships & relationships: Establish strong, trust-based relationships with HR tech partners, resellers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.

Act as the face of Factorial: Represent the company in local events, networks, and with partners, becoming the go-to person for all things.
