Overview
- As Country Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across the Nigerian business, with responsibility for commercial growth, operational performance, financial results, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management.
- You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, developing local talent and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient and profitable operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field
- MBA or Master's degree is an advantage
- 18+ years of leadership experience in maritime, offshore, oil & gas, logistics or related industries
- Proven experience leading a country operation, business unit or large-scale operational function
- Strong track record in P&L management, commercial growth and strategic client management
- Strong understanding of marine, offshore, regulatory and governance requirements
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and manage risk effectively
