About the Role We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Clarksville, TN. As the face of Bosch Home Comfort, you will provide exceptional service, process transactions at the POS, and support a positive shopping environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries and purchases
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping environment
