In dieser Position bist Du das Gesicht unserer Marke am Counter. Du bist zuständig für die fachgerechte Beratung unserer Kunden und verantwortlich für die positive Umsatzentwicklung des Counters. Weiterhin achtest Du auf die Unternehmensziele und setzt diese vor Ort um.

- Eigenständige Umsatzverantwortung sowie fachgerechte Beratung von Endverbrauchern
- Professionelle Durchführung von Abverkaufsaktionen, Promotions und Events
- Selbständige und aktive Rekrutierung von Neukunden
- Aufbau und Pflege eines loyalen Kundenstamms
- Besondere Affinität und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Social Media Plattformen für regelmäßigen Contentdreh
- Qualifizierte Personalführung sowie Motivation Deines Teams
