About the Role Counsel, Product and Regulatory who is enthusiastic about payments technology and its potential for positive impact in peoples’ lives. You will help drive high-profile cross-functional initiatives across the business involving a variety of complex legal and regulatory issues, relating to managing risk for financial and payments products. You will report to our US Product & Regulatory lead counsel. What You'll Do
- Drive cross-functional initiatives addressing complex legal and regulatory issues related to risk management for financial and payments products.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure compliant and practical execution while balancing business needs.
- Provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance to support product development and regulatory initiatives, with strong business judgment.
- Report to the US Product & Regulatory lead counsel as part of the legal leadership team. What We're Looking For
