About the Role The Coty Commercial Internship Program in Barcelona offers you exposure to multiple trainee opportunities within the Luxury and Consumer Beauty divisions of Coty’s Commercial department. Depending on your profile, you’ll be assigned to different business areas, gaining hands-on experience across marketing, PR, visibility, sales, media, digital, and trade functions. What You'll Do
- You’ll be assigned to one or more business areas including Marketing (Luxury and Consumer Beauty): learn brand management, market analysis, and product launches; collaborate on creativity and analytics to drive local and international success.
- PR & Influencer Marketing: support the creation and activation of influencer plans and PR campaigns across brands, coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing campaigns with an analytical and creative approach.
- Visibility & Merchandising: assist with visibility control and in-store execution for luxury cosmetics brands.
- Sales & E-commerce: help manage pure-player accounts and support sales targets, while enhancing analytical, Excel, and communication skills through collaboration with marketing and sales.
- Media & Digital: gain understanding of market dynamics and apply digital management and media strategies in Spain and Portugal.
- Trade: support trade marketing and work with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Purchases, and Finance to ensure perfect in-store execution with major retailers. What We're Looking For
- You have recently graduated or are currently studying at a university, preferably in Barcelona, and can provide an agreement with the university for at least 6 months.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You are creative but also have an analytical mindset, enjoy working with numbers and reports to understand what drives the business forward and creates a leading presence in local and international markets.
- You are a communicative person, fluent in Spanish and English.
- You are highly motivated to learn and add value to the company; you are a team player, flexible and courageous to take the lead; you are passionate about beauty. Compensation & Benefits
