About the Role ExxonMobil is seeking a Cost Engineer to prepare, review and endorse cost estimates across the project lifecycle. The role focuses on developing multi-disciplinary conceptual and definitive cost estimates for a variety of projects to support decision making and delivery. The position requires collaboration with project teams and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, well-documented estimates. What You'll Do
- Prepare multi-disciplinary cost estimates for a variety of medium and large projects using appropriate tools and systems.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for projects at various stages, including conceptual, preliminary, and definitive phases.
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine cost-effective solutions.
- Discuss, coordinate and resolve estimating input/queries with the project team and Subject Matter Experts available in organization to ensure quality estimate.
- Ensure all assumptions/clarifications are properly documented. What We're Looking For
- Ability to prepare, review and endorse cost estimates across project maturity levels.
- Experience developing multi-disciplinary conceptual and definitive cost estimates for various projects.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and specifications to determine cost-effective solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills to discuss, coordinate and resolve estimating inputs with project teams and subject matter experts to ensure quality estimates.
- Documentation of all assumptions and clarifications.
