Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers – Cost Controller

Job Description

• Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and compliance with internal procedures.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, consumption, and inventory movements.
• Support physical inventory counts, reconcile results, and investigate variances.
• Maintain accurate recipe and product costing data.
• Prepare periodic reports and support the month-end closing process.
• Collaborate with operational teams to reduce waste and improve cost control.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in cost control, inventory accounting, or a relevant finance role.

• Sound understanding of costing, inventory control, and variance analysis.

• Proficiency in Excel and relevant accounting or inventory management systems.

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations and knowledge of HRS BO, Micros, or 1C would be an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective organization and deadline management.

• Clear communication and a collaborative approach.

• Accountability and professional integrity.
