About the Role We are looking for a Cost Controller for the Technical Area of Nuclear Services as part of the ITER activity in Cadarache, France. You will be responsible for cost control, change management and reporting, collaborating with project teams and clients to ensure financial alignment and successful project delivery. What You'll Do
- Identify and collect contract deviations from project teams and contractors.
- Evaluate customer variance impact assessment reports and contractor variances presented to the client.
- Monitor and report on the change management process to the client and other stakeholders.
- Assist the client in negotiations on change-related issues.
- Participate in preparation of monthly reports and support the claims process.
- Produce progress reports and Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) on a monthly basis.
- Lead contractor change process from evaluation to instructions.
- Prepare financial forms; manage budget at completion; follow contingency table.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality standards. What We're Looking For
- A higher degree in engineering (industrial, civil, mechanical) or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in tracking and control of invoicing, cost control.
- Experience on projects with budgets > 20M; knowledge of FIDIC; experience in an international environment is an asset.
- Knowledge in electromechanical installations (Electrical, HVAC, I&C, Liquid and Gas).
- Ability to work in a team with technical rigor; autonomy and innovative mindset.
- Advanced English.
- Eagerness to learn in an international company like IDOM. Nice to Have
- Experience in ITER or nuclear sector projects.
