About the Role Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty is part of the Cosmoprof team focused on creating a memorable shopping experience and guiding customers through their beauty journey. Training and product knowledge will be provided to help you advise on hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty
- Recommend additional and complementary products
- Inform customers of current promotions and events
- Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
- Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values
- Work with a range of schedules to fit business needs
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 or older
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Availability to meet scheduling needs; clear communication with customers, co-workers and management
- Ability to apply product knowledge training to support customer service; read and explain product labels; follow directions and perform duties as assigned by Manager
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally; may be exposed to fumes and odors; physical exertion including standing, bending, and light lifting
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 16.35 - 18.60 per hour
